2021 Cooking Class Schedule with our Chef Educators

Schedule:

Every 3rd Wednesday of the month.
Duration: Thru the CSA season, May 12- Nov 4
Time: 5:30-6:30pm
Dates:  5/19, 6/16, 7/21, 8/18, 9/15, 10/20

RFF-to-Table Cooking Class Series

In this cooking class series exclusively for RFF CSA members, we have designed the schedule to coincide with the harvesting seasons.  We are going to share several Asian techniques to work with vegetables in each class, each celebrating the harvests from that month.  We hope the classes will allow you a chance to meet other CSA members, as well as learn a new technique or two in working with some of the lovely produce that will be coming your way. 

Zoom RECORDED:

The classes will be via zoom and will be recorded. We will post the video on our CSA website for you to access if you can’t make the live class.

July:  Herbs, Night Shades, Spice Dips & Curries

August: Dried Vegetables & Dumplings

Sept: Cabbage & Pickling

Oct:  Winter Squashes & family gatherings
