SHIPPING, REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
Shipping
We ship within 3–5 business days of your order. You'll get a tracking number by email once your order is on its way.
We pack our hot sauces carefully — glass bottles in custom-fitted boxes with dividers so they arrive the way they left. If something arrives broken, that's on us. See below.
We ship to all 50 states. We don't ship internationally yet.
Orders are fulfilled from our farm in Sebastopol, California. During pepper harvest season (August through October) fulfillment may take a day or two longer. We'll let you know if there's a significant delay.
Returns
Because our products are food, we can't accept returns of opened items. If something about your order isn't right — wrong item, damaged packaging, a jar that didn't seal correctly — reach out and we'll make it right.
We're a small farm. We read every message ourselves.
Damaged or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please take a photo and email us at hello@radicalfamilyfarms.com within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, your choice. No forms, no hassle.
If your order doesn't arrive within 10 business days of your tracking showing delivered, contact us and we'll investigate.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of our confirming the issue.
