Er jing tiao are a popular Szechuan pepper rarely grown in the US. Use these for chili crisp, chili oil, doubanjiang, hot pot and Szechuan cuisine dishes. Chop them up and throw into your soups and stir fries. These are fruity, fragrant, a deep red color, with mild to moderate heat. A staple of Sichuan cuisine.
