If Pó Po 婆婆* made an American hot sauce, this would be it. Pó Po’s Spicy Málà Hot Sauce is fiery and numbing and packs a punch in its tangy vinegar base. Hand crafted with our certified organic Chinese chili peppers and 50 Hertz Sichuan peppercorns, it’s a tribute to our Chóngqìng heritage. We captured the má, the tingling sensation of huājiāo 花椒, a citrusy, mouth-numbing spice that’s a hallmark of Sichuan cuisine.
